Caltrans has secured over $5 million to perform the Preliminary Engineering
and Environmental Document phase of the proposed operational improvements to the
SR 94 between Melody Lane and SR 188. The funding was secured through the State
Highway Operation and Protection Program.
Caltrans will continue to seek additional funding for other operational improvements
as identified in the engineering and environmental studies.
